After all's said and done, EFIL4ZAGGIN is one of the most influential albums ever produced.
Today N.W.A. celebrates the 25th Anniversary of its history-making second and final full length album EFIL4ZAGGIN. The album that brought the group to the next level because of their hardcore lyrics and image behind them. It represented a lifestyle that people in the hood felt proud about and people in the suburbs wanted to achieve and it had no qualms about what it was. The life of a Gangsta and takin no shit.
I think this is one of those movies that just keeps getting better after every watch.
The VVitch was one of the most anticipated movies this year and it really divided the public. I personally don’t understand why as I can’t find a singular flaw with this film, if I have to be pedantic, the one little kink I had is understanding what they were saying at times. Since this is not my first language I find a bit tricky to understand ‘ye olde English’ now and then.
Call it a remake, reboot or even a remastering, hell call it whatever you want, just as long as you admit this is an awesomesauce game.
DOOM is the latest in the offering in the video game series of the same name and I’m going to be brutally honest and say it: it’s absolutely brilliant. Developed by id Software and published by Bethesda, DOOM is a re-imagined version of the 1993 original.
It’s a horror first person shooter (FPS) that’s fast and aggressive with emphasis on speed and firepower. Originally it was going to be a sequel to 2004’s Survival Horror shooter DOOM 3, then a prequel based on earth but being more similar in gameplay to the Call of Duty series before being redesigned yet again and becoming what we have now.
Corey Taylor, lead singer of Slipknot and Stone Sour proved why he is one of metal’s greatest vocalists with a one off solo acoustic show at London’s Koko last night the 8th of May.
We thought we were paying for 90 minutes for acoustic covers when we purchased the tickets just under a month ago. Boy we were wrong, 10 to 8 the man himself comes out not to play, but to more or less do stand-up comedy for the London crowd.
Happy 10th birthday to 10,000 Days!
It’s been 3,653 days since Tool released their monumental 10,000 Days, yes that’s right one of my favourite bands unleashed one of my most loved albums of all time 10 years ago today. So while we continue to wait patiently for their next monster to be let loose, let’s relive this masterpiece shall we.
